Real-Time Simulation (RTS)

The Real Time Simulation (RTS) technology can run detailed power-electronics models in dedicated acceleration hardware, including simulations with very small time steps and long simulation periods that can be impractical for conventional offline simulation.

The RTS environment can include inverter and motor models, parasitics, thermal effects, EMC behavior, component malfunction and short-circuit conditions

EMI Emulation, Vienna Rectifier (see datasheet)
For three-phase Vienna rectifiers, the RTS solution can also analyze common- and differential-mode currents, EMI filter interaction and control-loop stability in real time.

SmartRCP

Computing Core


The SmartRCP computing core is based on an AMD Kria K26 SOM. This platform allows the integration of a custom AMD Zynq UltraScale MPSoC build together with an embedded processing system. Thus, a robust and efficient compromise between microprocessor-based and FPGA programming is achieved, enabling the development of any power electronics control architecture with almost no limits.

SmartRCP Interface

SmartRCP Interface is a powerful monitoring software tool that also allows you to control and configure all aspects of the system implemented on the SmartRCP platform. Its approach aims to allow you to maintain full control over the application in the simplest and most straightforward way possible.

PL-Datalogger

SmartRCP Interface includes the PL-Datalogger application for the acquisition and display of measurement signals or control variables.

  • Acquisition period of 100ns.

  • Long period acquisition mode or oscilloscope mode (with a 100ms refresh rate).
